Refund Policy

 You may return most print items sold by DreamMaker Publishing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund provided the book or product is in excellent condition and all four True Colors Cards have not been removed from their pages. We'll also pay the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error, otherwise shipping is not refundable. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We cannot accept returns of eBook items. Items over 30 days will incur a 10% restocking fee.
